2. DATA WE PROCESS AND WHY

a) Server log files
When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically
records technical data (IP address, date and time, browser type,
pages visited). This is necessary to deliver the website and ensure
its security and functionality.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: 30 days.

b) Contact by e-mail or telephone
If you contact us, we process the data you provide (name, contact
details, content of your message) to answer your request.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract
(Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: for the time needed to handle your request, then
deleted unless legal retention duties apply.

c) Website statistics
We use the statistics function of our website provider Webador to
see how many people visit our website. This data is anonymous and
aggregated and does not allow us to identify individual visitors.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in understanding
how our website is used.

3. RECIPIENTS OF DATA
Your data may be shared with our website provider and hosting
service Webador and with authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your data.

4. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU
We do not transfer your data outside the European Union.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
a) access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR);
b) have inaccurate data rectified or incomplete data completed
(Art. 16 GDPR);
c) have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR);
